1. Welcome
UG gives praises to the Chinese committee for the quality of the organization and the warm welcoming.
TD reminds that this is the outcome of an exceptional fruitful collaboration. For instance, the call for chairs has been issued and decided through a selection made together by the board and the Chinese committee. This work has been done collectively and associated junior chairs in several trinomials. TD hopes that this spirit of free exchanges and broader collaborations will continue and strengthen for the next Congresses.
2. Approval of the minutes of Rome, 13 December 2015
The minutes of the last board meeting in Rome is unanimously approved. In particular, the board approves the principle of a joint congress in 2019 and 2020 in Florence and Sao Paolo. The board wishes to thank TD for his work.
3. Report of the President
UG summarizes the report he's going to give to the General Assembly (see the minutes of this meeting).
4. Report of the Treasurer
PS gives to the board some informations related to the fiancial report. For a deeper insight, see the minutes of the General assembly.
JA congratulates PS for his work. MG asks a questions on the way money is managed. PS assures the board that CIHA's money is invested in safe investments.
5. New National Committees Présentation des contacts par TD.
The new indian, colombian and argentinian committees are presented by TD.
Savita Kumari, assistant professor in the Department of History of Art at the National Museum Institute of History of Art, Conservation, and Museology (New Delhi) presents the next colloquium that will be held in New Delhi in 2018.
6. Representatives renewal and proposal for the new Board
TD presents 3 new National Committees as members of the CIHA (Argentina, Colombia and India).
JA insists on the fact that CIHA seems to be less global than it used to (there is no Australian member on the CIHA board).
UG highlights that we at the CIHA can all too easily loose contact with such countries, as was indeed the case with Poland, the Netherlands, Spain, Greece and Austria.
7. New statutes
TW summarizes shortly all the changes and modification proposed to the statutes of the CIHA. He reminds the long discussion process which led to the elaboration of this new statutes.
8. Congress of Florence/Saõ Paulo 2019-2020
MF and CM present the common project of 2019/2020, its countdown and the positives responses they already received.
A first session of discussion was held during the CBHA national colloquium, which counted with the presence of Massimiliano Rossi, a member of the Italian Committee. These discussions will develop further over next Spring and Summer, both in Italy and Germany, in the meetings that are being arranged.
The Brazilian organization committee for CIHA 2019/2020 was defined during the CBHA annual colloquium in October 2016 in Campinas, and it is composed by the following member: Claudia Mattos Avolese, Roberto Conduru, Ana Magalhães, Valeria Piccoli, Patricia Menses, Jens Baumgarten, Felipe Chaimovich and Maria Berbara. The topic will be : Metamorphosis and animism.
9. Colloquia
TD presents the intense activity of the last four years and highlights the fact that events have been held on different continents. He reminds that these events have been followed by the publication of proceedings.
10. Any other business

1. Bienvenue
UG remercie le comité chinois pour la qualité de l'organisation et la chaleur de l'accueil.
TD rappelle que cela est le fruit d'une collaboration fructueuse et exceptionnelle (appel pour présidents de sessions, choix en commun, pré-conférence). TD espère que cet esprit de collaboration sera préservé et renforcé pour le prochain congrès
2. Approbation du compte rendu de la réunion du bureau de Rome (13 décembre 2015)
Le compte rendu de la précédente réunion du bureau est approuvé à l'unanimité. Notamment, le bureau approuve le principe d'une organisation de deux congrès joints à Florence et Sao Paolo en 2019/2020
Le bureau souhaite exprimer sa gratitude à TD pour tout son travail.
3. Rapport du président
UG résume le rapport qu'il donnera à l'Assemblée générale (cf. le compte rendu de cette réunion).
4. Rapport du trésorier
PS détaille certaines informations relatives au rapport financier du CIHA. Pour le rapport complet, voir le compte rendu de l'Assemblée générale.
JA félicite PS pour son travail. MG pose quelques questions sur la manière dont l'argent est placé. PS assure le bureau que les fonds du CIHA sont déposés sur des placements non risqués.
5. Comités nationaux et présentation des contacts par TD.
TD fait le point des Comités adhérents dans le monde.
Savita Kumari, (Institut d'histoire de l'art du Musée national de New Delhi) présente le prochain colloque qui se tiendra à New Delhi en 2018.
6. Renouvellement des représentants et propositions pour le nouveau bureau
TD présente les trois nouveaux comités nationaux du CIHA (Argentine, Colombie et Inde).
JA insiste sur le fait que le CIHA semble moins "global" qu'il fut un temps (elle regrette l'absence d'Australien au bureau).
UG signale l'attention qui devra être portée à maintenir une relation avec différents comités nationaux qui sont susceptibles de perdre le contact avec les activités du Comité. Il pense que le CIHA a besoin, outre les membres périodiquement renouvelés du bureau, d'un statut spécial de membre individuel, intéressé par les activités du CIHA.
7. Nouveaux statuts
TW présente, rappelle et résume la discussion à propos des nouveaux statuts du CIHA. Il rappelle que la révision des statuts avait pour but d'encourager le renouvellement des membres du CIHA et du bureau.
8. Congrès de Florence/ Sao Paulo 2019-2020
MF et CM présentent le projet commun de 2019/2020 ainsi que son organisation et l'état de l'accueil qu'il reçoit. Elle rappellent que le sujet en sera : Métamorphose et animisme.
Une première discussion a eu lieu pendant le colloque national du CBHA auquel participait Massimiliano Rossi, membre du comité italien. Ces discussions devront bien sûr continuer durant les réunions déjà programmées.
Le comité d'organisation brésilien a été constitué durant la réunion annuelle du CBHA en octobre 2016. Il est composé des membres suivants : Claudia Mattos Avolese, Roberto
Conduru, Ana Magalhães, Valeria Piccoli, Patricia Menses, Jens Baumgarten, Felipe Chaimovich and Maria Berbara.
Le comité italien qui s'est déjà réuni à différentes reprises est composé de : Claudia Cieri Via, Claudia Conforti, Marco Collareta, Giuliana Ericani, Marzia Faietti, Maria Grazia Messina, Antonio Pinelli, Massimiliano Rossi, Gerhard Wolf.
